Govindbhai Foundation- a unique sponsorship opportunity

We’d like to introduce the Govindbhai Foundation: a charitable body established by the Mistry family (and named after our late father) to raise money for good causes in both the UK and India.
Our second event, a dinner-dance and casino auction, is designed to maximise the collective strengths of the Mistry family as well as raise as much money as possible. All our time and effort is given entirely freely and our vision is to establish the Govindbhai Foundation as a transparent and trusted fundraising initiative that acts as an example of the positive contribution immigration can make to the UK society.
Proceeds from the event will be split equally between our chosen local charity, the Variety Club (http://www.varietyclub.org.uk/), and the enhancement of education and social facilities for blind children in the State of Gujarat, India (our father’s birthplace). We are expecting over 400 people at the event and will be inviting coverage from all local newspaper, radio and TV channels.

We are currently seeking sponsorship from businesses in the following areas:
• Dinner: £3000
• Venue hire: £2500
• Pre-Dinner Reception: £1000
• Casino Theme: £1000
• Entertainment and DJ: £1000
• Printing: £500
• Table setting and decorations: £500
• Auction prizes/Sponsorship opportunities: £500
• Tambola/Raffle:  All prizes donated are welcome

All sponsors will have the opportunity to:
• Provide literature/branded items for the guest goody bags
• Display a company logo/banner in the event hall (size will need to be agreed in advance with the
  organisers) and on the event website homepage

We are also seeking a main sponsor for the event, who will be featured in all the promotional material for the event (leaflets, website and banners at the event itself).
